Hannah Chandlee, BA, BCaBA, LABA is a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst. She is also a Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst in the state of Alabama. Hannah has been working with children with Autism and various intellectual disabilities in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis since 2010. Hannah graduated summa cum laude from Samford University earning a degree in Family Studies in 2010 and completed the ABA Assistant Graduate Certificate Program at Florida Institute of Technology in 2016. Hannah has a passion for helping others, and she is dedicated to improving the lives of children and their families through the use of the ethical and evidence-based practice of ABA.

Heather Williams, MS, BCBA, LBA
Heather Williams is a 2002 graduate from UAB with her B.S. in Psychology and a 2004 graduate from Jacksonville State University with her M.S. in Applied Psychology. Heather received her BCBA certification in December, 2008. Heather has been providing ABA services to children and their families since her undergraduate education to present. She is currently serving as the clinical director at the Milestones Clinic in Vestavia Hills, however you may see her from time to time in local schools.
Elizabeth Walsh, MS, BCBA, LBA
Elizabeth Walsh has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since February 2014. Elizabeth earned a Bachelors of Science in Psychology from Jacksonville State University in 2008 and a Masters of Science in Psychology specializing in Applied Behavior Analysis from Jacksonville State University in 2012. She has been providing ABA therapy and working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for 6 years on both in-home and school-based cases from ages 2-21. Elizabeth specializes in treating maladaptive behaviors including elopement, toileting, and using the Verbal Behavior Approach to teach language to children with Autism and other developmental disabilities. She works to provide individualized training for teachers, paraprofessionals, and parents as well as general training in the implementation of ABA principles and strategies in the classroom and at home.
Jodie Maharrey, MS, BCBA, LBA
Jodie Maharrey is a native of LaGrange, GA. She earned her Bachelor's of Science in Psychology Degree from Savannah State University in Savannah, GA and a Master's of Psychology with a specialty in ABA from Florida State University in 2011. Her experience varies from Early Intervention for Autism to treating Adults with ID's using ABA.
Joy Wimberly, MA, BCBA, LBA
Joy is originally from Birmingham, Alabama. She attended the University of North Alabama and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a B.S. in psychology. She recently graduated with her M.A. in school psychology from the University of Southern Mississippi. There she taught undergrad applied behavior analysis as a part of her assistantship. She is currently receiving supervision to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and is completing her BACB coursework at Florida Institute of Technology. Joy has worked with a variety of ages and diagnoses. Joy has a passion for the dissemination of ABA. As a hobby, Joy likes to apply ABA to fitness and nutrition.
Hillary Owens, MS, BCBA
Hillary Bumpus Owens earned her undergraduate degree from Jacksonville State University (JSU) in April 2017. She graduated with her B.S. in psychology, Magna Cum Laude with special honors in psychology. Hillary worked in JSU’s Center for Behavioral Studies (CBS) from 2015- 2017 providing early intervention services and in the Learning 2 Mastery (L2M) after-school program where she implemented principles of behavior analysis, precision teaching and direct instruction with school-aged children. Hillary just completed her M.S. in psychology (applied behavior analysis) at JSU.
Hannah LaFollette, MS BCBA, LBA
Hannah has been working with the population since 2010. Attended Jacksonville State University where she graduated with honors with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology in the summer of 2011. She graduated with a master of science in Psychology from Jacksonville State University in the spring of 2013 & became a BCBA in 2015. She has a passion for ABA and demonstrating the ethical & scientific principles it has to offer.
Haylee Gann, RBT
Haylee is extremely passionate about ABA! She is originally from Texas and has been working in the field since 2017. She is currently pursuing a degree in psychology at Jasksonville State University to further her knowledge and become a BCaBA. She is currently a Registered Behavior Technician. She is a firm believer in seeing progress in its many forms, and is dedicated to changing the lives of the kids we serve one step at a time.
Margaret Petty, RBT
Margaret is originally from New Orleans, Louisiana and started working in the ABA field in March 2017. She has been a RBT since November 2017 and is currently working towards her bachelors degree in Community Health and Human Services with a concentration in Human Services at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). Upon graduating, she will continue her education to become a BCaBA. Margaret has worked with children of a variety of ages and diagnoses, in a clinical setting and is very passionate about helping others and making a positive impact in the lives of children and their families.
Kendall Downing, BA, RBT
Kendall received her B.A. in Child Development and Family Relations, at Kentucky State University. She has worked with children and families though out her undergraduate experience and as an intern with the Navy Child and Youth Programs. Right after her internship she received her RBT certification working in the ABA field, in Virginia Beach, VA. Kendall is currently studying to become a BCBA at the University of Cincinnati online. On her spare time she loves to workout and coaches children sports teams.
Karen Adwell, BA, RBT
Karen received her BA in Psychology from Auburn University. She is very excited to take this step in her career! Karen always enjoyed Child Development and Learning courses, and has been heavily involved in childcare of all ages. She thoroughly enjoys working with children learning more about them every day, and is so happy she gets to work with such wonderful kids and their families! Karen hopes she can use her knowledge of ABA Therapy to help make a positive difference in the lives of children and their loved ones.
Meagan Holzapfel, BS, RBT
Meagan is from Council Bluffs, IA. She is very excited about this new adventure with milestone. Meagan has worked in community mental health for over four years. She has worked with individuals with a wide range of disabilities ranging from ADHD, to autism, to schizophrenia. Meagan has always enjoyed working with children. She has a soft spot for children with Autism and developmental delays. Meagan’s goal is to make a difference in a child’s life and to help them live their best possible life.
Morgan Robinette, BS, RBT
Morgan Robinette is from Trussville, Alabama, and earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Jacksonville State University in April 2017. Immediately following graduation, she began assisting children with Autism in a residential-based setting. In October of 2018, she became certified as a Registered Behavior Technician. Morgan is currently taking courses through Florida Institute of Technology to obtain her Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst credentials. She believes in the power of using ABA Therapy, empathy, and patience with those she serves at Milestones.
Kelsey Lynch, RBT
Kelsey is from Springville, AL. She is excited to start this new journey with Milestones! Kelsey has always enjoyed working with children and especially has a heart for children with special needs or developmental delays. She has worked with children of all ages and with a variety of diagnoses over the years. Kelsey is passionate about helping children reach their full potential one step at a time with Milestones!
Rebekah Wallis, BA, RBT
Rebekah is from Pensacola, Florida. She received her B.A. in English from the University of West Florida in 2013; and, her Master of Education with emphasis in Elementary Education from the American College of Education in 2015. She was a teacher for three years before moving to a hybrid school/behavior clinic and falling in love with Applied Behavior Analysis. She has been working in the field of ABA for three years; and, is excited to join the team at Milestones!
Rhea Jancheson, BA, RBT
Rhea is from Huntington Long Island. She graduated from CUNY Hunter in 2016 with her dual bachelors in sociology and psychology. Two years ago she found her passion working in a day program for children with ASD. The move to a clinical setting is an amazing and exciting opportunity for her. She loves aba therapy and is ready to continue her education in the field.
Mariah Yales, RBT
Mariah is from Odenville, AL. She is currently enrolled at Jacksonville State University and will graduate in December 2019 with her BA in Psychology and Sociology. Upon graduating, Mariah will continue her education to become a BCBA. Throughout her undergraduate experience, Mariah has been enrolled in a two ABA Practicums at JSU and been an intern with Milestones Behavior Group. In July of 2019, Mariah completed her certification to become a Registered Behavior Technician, following her internship. She is excited to continue her journey in the field of ABA with Milestones Behavior Group.
Sarah Brooks MCD, CCC-SLP
Sarah is so excited to be working at Milestones Behavior Group! Sarah is a licensed and certified speech language pathologist with the state of Alabama and Georgia and the American Speech and Hearing Association. She is a graduate of Auburn University where she earned her Bachelor of Science Degree and a Master of Communication Disorders. She has worked with children of all ages in both the public school and private practice settings. Her specialties include articulation, language and fluency disorders. She is passionate about helping children communicate so they can make their voices heard.
Valerie B. Chavers, M.S., CCC-SLP
Valerie is a licensed and certified speech-language pathologist with Milestones Behavior Group, Inc.. She received a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education from The University of Alabama in 2011. While teaching third grade, Valerie encountered and worked with many children with speech and language disorders. Feeling called to pursue a career in speech pathology, she return to school. She received a Master of Science in Speech-Language Pathology from The University of Alabama in 2016. After graduation, Valerie moved to Charleston, SC where she worked as an early intervention speech-language pathologist. During this time she was blessed to have the opportunity to work with many children with various speech and language disorders. Valerie's specialties include language development and speech sound disorders. She is very excited to be here at Milestones Behavior Group, following her passion of helping children reach their full potential and families reach their goals!
Amanda Gillis, MA, BCaBA
Amanda received her Master of Music Therapy degree from Florida State University (FSU) in May 2010. Since graduation, she has served students and children with a wide range of intellectual and behavioral disabilities. Amanda recently graduated from Ball State University (BSU) with a Master of Arts degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism. She is currently receiving supervision to become a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Seth Martin, MS, BCBA, LBA
Oxford, Gadsden, Anniston
Seth attended Jacksonville State University and graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's of science in psychology in 2010 as well as summa cum laude with a master's of science in psychology in 2013. He has addressed challenging behavior using skill assessment and behavior support planning using the principles of behavior analysis. His work has included work with populations from ages 4 to 19. He has serviced individuals with autism spectrum disorder as well as typically developing individuals. He has also served clients in clinic, home, and school settings and primarily has a history training school staff to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs. Seth is quite grateful for the opportunity to implement applied behavior analysis in an ethical, effective manner.

Nathan Benson, MS, BCBA, LBA
Nathan Benson is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. He earned his undergraduate degree from The University of Mississippi and completed his Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis from Auburn University. Nathan has worked with individuals ranging in age from 2 to 55 years old and across developmental disabilities.
Ashley Martin, MS, BCBA, LBA
Ashley is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Ashley received her Master’s in
Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) from Jacksonville State University in May 2018. Ashley's concentration is in early intervention and school consulting and she works in various settings including home, daycare, clinic, and schools. She has a deep passion for helping children by using the techniques and applications of applied behavior analysis.
Shelby Dunagan, MS, BCBA, LBA
Shelby is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Shelby has been working with children with various intellectual disabilities and behavioral disabilities since 2014 after she completed her Neuroscience degree at University of Alabama at Birmingham. Shelby graduated from Jacksonville State University earning her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis in 2017. Shelby is devoted to using the principles of ABA to improve the lives of children and their families.
Brittany Neudecker, MS, BCBA, LBA
Brittany graduated with a BA in Psychology from the University of Alabama in 2015. She received her master's in Psychology with a concentration in ABA from Jacksonville State University in 2018. She received her BCBA in December of 2018., her LBA shortly after. Brittany has been providing behavior analytic services for children since 2017 in an ABA preschool setting, clinic setting, and through school consultation. Her main focuses have been on skill acquisition and behavior reduction with children with ASD ages 1-13.
